Oh my gosh, my kayak is beautiful again! Thank you so much for all the time and effort that went into reconstructing the rudder. It means so much to me to be able to still use my kayak and have it fully functional — and a special thank you to Scott and William for allowing Jane the opportunity to work on it!

Hello Guys,
Michelle & I really appreciated the hospitality shown by Sea Kayak Carolina during our honeymoon last week. We had a great time on the Moonlight paddle Sunday.

Thanks so much everything; for helping me choose a new boat (& gear), for selling it to me at an attractive price, for helping me use it well, and being such fun people with whom to paddle.
I met a lot of great vendors with a lot of cool stuff at the James Island festival this year, but I felt most comfortable coming back to your shop to do business.
You really helped me choose the right boat and understand what was needed to personalize it properly. Then, you showed me what the boat and I could do together. I’ve never had a more successful lesson. Initially anxious about going into rough water in a new boat, I was amazed at how comfortable I became and how well I maneuvered, braced, and surfed by the end of our session.
Sea Kayak Carolina is a great addition to the
southeastern coastal paddling community! I look forward to coming back.

I went on a trip this weekend with the crew from Sea Kayak Carolina. We not only had a great time on the trip, but always felt that we were safe on the water with them.
Scott, Sue, and Mary Ross led our trip. They have a wealth of knowledge about kayaking and numerous years of experience. The boat and equipment that were provided were in excellent condition.
Charleston offers an amazing opportunity to experience nature up close by getting on the water. I highly recommend planning a tour with Sea Kayak Carolina. You will be safe and you will have a great time!
I also took a beginners class with Scott, which I highly recommend if anyone is interested in exploring kayaking for the first time.

Saturday, October 10 marks my 6-month anniversary of my first kayak trip in years when I test paddled Amy’s boat on April 10, 2009. (Knowing me as you now do, it should not surprise you that I keep notes on such things). I just want to take a moment to again thank all of you for your mentoring. You have all been wonderful. Scott said it nearly right the other night, “I taught her all she knows”; well, that’s just like him to take all the credit.
Thanks for letting me tag along this weekend. Be assured, I’ll continue to be a PITA! (That’s for you Scott, since you are so fond of acronyms).
