Tahe Marine / Zegul Kayaks Have Arrived in Charleston
ZEGUL, formerly Tahe
Marine Kayaks, have arrived at Sea Kayak Carolina,
Charleston, SC: Assorted models are in our showroom and
inventory, including the skin-on-frame inspired
Greenland OC & LC and the Greenland T, touring
model. And now a new larger Greenland T version (the GT)
added to the Greenland family. If you enjoy
Greenland-style paddling, you must see these boats! And
if you're looking for something a little different, be
sure to come take a look at the other designs from this
innovative company.
Sea Kayak Carolina is pleased to add select kayaks from Tahe
Marine/Zegul to our in-store line-up. We have four Greenland models — long,
low and narrow kayaks of east Greenland ancestry — The
Greenland OC (for ocean cockpit,) the Greenland LC (larger
cockpit,) the Greenland T (or “Touring” with a keyhole
cockpit), and the new largerGreenland GT with a keyhole
cockpit.

›› LEARN MORE ABOUT Greenland Kayaking This is the
kayak You have to try out if you are into Greenland style of
paddling. Maybe one of the most well recognized kayaks on
the market today. With the classic lines and low volume it
has given many paddlers the joy and the interest of trying
something new, or go “back to basics”.
Tahe Marine Greenland style kayaks have particularly low
volume and a tight fit to Your body, which gives You a full
control of what You are doing and provides You with the
feeling of being closer to water than ever. The Greenland
style kayaks are designed with classic lines, with the hard
chine all the way along the V-bottomed hull. The kayak decks
are designed with low back deck for easy laid back rolls,
and rather low volume of the front deck to help you on the
forward rolls. The rocker in the hull design is to ease
maneuvers. Greenland has two cockpit sizes – the OC &
the LC. The Greenland T is offered due to demand, for those
who want the performance of the Greenland design in a
touring configuration with day hatch and keyhole cockpit.
New for 2013 -- the Greenland GT! A traditional
Greenland-style kayak for larger paddlers. Scott at
6'2", 210 (give or take!) pounds and size 12 shoes says the
Greenland GT fits him perfectly. Stay tuned for some
