Paddling on 10/7/2012 in memory and support of:
- Fern S. I'm paddling for myself, having journeyed through breast cancer from July-October, 2012, and two dear friends, Virginia and Betty. Both of whom are enjoying life once again and honoring all our sisters and loved ones who supported us during this difficult time..
- Pat F. I'm paddling for a very special person, Meagan Mollenhauer, who passed away on Dec 11, 2009 after a short but heroic battle with breast cancer. She had just graduated from MUSC with a Ph.D. and had a bright future that was snuffed out way too soon leaving behind Ava, her precious 2-yr old and Jeff, her devoted husband. I will always remember her fondly as a one of our bright stars, as a student and researcher and a friend and colleague who is truly missed.
